Paul Breslin, Hotel Consultant

Paul Breslin, Managing Partner of Panther Hospitality, is a 30-year veteran of the hospitality industry. His background within the industry is all encompassing, as he has extensive experience in hotel operations, development and asset management with major, branded hotels as well as independent and smaller luxury hotels.

In 2005, after his experience of working with eleven different hotels and resorts in ten different cities over the years, Mr. Breslin founded Panther Hospitality. The company's goal is to provide consulting services to developers and hoteliers in all aspects of their businesses, from property acquisition and infrastructure development to the successful opening and operating of a hotel.

Patty Perkins, Consultant

Patty Perkins joined the Panther Hospitality team in August of 2010 as the Director of Office Administration and Client Relations.

As a native of Atlanta, Georgia, Ms. Perkins graduated from Pace Academy and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Industrial Psychology from the University of Georgia. To further advance her education, she attended the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta.

Henryk Kumar, Analyst

Henryk Kumar joined the Panther Hospitality team in April, of 2012, as an Analyst.

Henryk is originally from Boston, Massachusetts; but later moved to Atlanta where he graduated from Roswell High School. He attended Georgia State University (GSU) and graduated Cum Laude/Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Hospitality. While attending GSU, Henryk travelled extensively throughout Europe with the GSU Study Abroad European Experience Program and was the treasurer of the GSU student chapter of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA).
