Paul Breslin, Hotel Consultant

Paul Breslin is the managing partner of Panther Hospitality, a hotel consulting company that he founded in 2005. He heads a team of industry professionals who guide developers and hoteliers in all aspects of their businesses from property acquisition and infrastructure to the successful opening and operating of a hotel.

A 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Mr. Breslin is responsible for casting the vision and setting the direction of the hotel consulting company. Panther's successful projects to date include a $30 million dollar conversion project resulting in the Hotel Indigo Atlanta and the $145 million dollar Hard Rock Hotel and Residence mixed use project.

Julie Halstead, Senior Consultant

Julie Halstead joined Panther Hospitality and opened our Washington, DC office in 2010.

Ms. Halstead has many years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry. She worked for Marriott International for over a decade, and prior to this experience was a consultant with a large multinational accounting firm, and a small entrepreneurial company in Dallas, Texas. Before receiving her MBA in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Michigan State University, Julie worked in hotel operations at the historic Hotel Del Coronado and Sheraton Harbor Island hotels in San Diego, California.

Patty Perkins, Consultant

Patty Perkins joined the Panther Hospitality team in August of 2010 as the Director of Office Administration and Client Relations.

As a native of Atlanta, Georgia, Ms. Perkins graduated from Pace Academy and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Industrial Psychology from the University of Georgia. To further advance her education, she attended the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta.

Susan West, Consultant

Susan West joined Panther Hospitality as the Director of Business Development and Client Relations in 2010.

After spending almost a decade in the international marketing department at Coca-Cola, Ms. West was inspired to begin her sales career, with great companies such as Kelly's Kids. Her passion for customer service led her to develop her own business, Silver & Such. More recently Susan has worked with fortune 100 companies such as Kimberly Clark, in the product testing and development division.
